Welcome to hOm — your space for meditation, hypnosis, breathing, sound healing, and more. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our mobile application (the “App”) and services.

By using hOm, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who We Are

hOm is a wellness app that provides guided sessions in various wellness practices via audio and video. The app is available on iOS and Android.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use hOm. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your Account

We use Kinde to securely manage user authentication. You’re responsible for keeping your login information safe.

You agree not to share your account or use anyone else’s. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know immediately.

Subscription & Payments

We offer both free and premium content. Payment for premium subscriptions is handled through RevenueCat and your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store settings.
No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
Copy, modify, or redistribute content without permission.
Interfere with our services or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content (audio, video, graphics, text, and code) is owned by hOm. You may not use it outside the app without written permission.

Disclaimers

hOm provides wellness content, not medical advice. We do not collect or monitor health-related data.

Always consult a qualified professional before starting any new health or wellness program.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make hOm helpful and safe, but we can’t guarantee it will always work perfectly. We’re not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you if significant changes are made.
